Christopher’s lifelong exposure to the industry guarantees clients the highest level of service possible. The TIC developers team creates communities within existing buildings and provides entry-level home buying options rarely offered by new construction developers.

With a Bachelor's Degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master's Degree in Economic Development from NYU, Christopher is uniquely qualified to help you understand where the market is headed, and the potential of each property as a smart investment. On a personal note, Christopher is an avid tennis fan and enjoys traveling, films, beaches, live music, theater, Mexican food and reading historical biographies.
